    Tuna: Broiled Ahi "Margarita"

    List of Ingredients

    2 Avocados -- chopped
    1 Tomato -- chopped
    1 Onion -- minced
    1 Yellow bell pepper -- chopped
    1 Jalapeno -- minced
    1 1/4 cups Cilantro -- chopped
    1/4 cup 7-Up
    2 cups Lime juice
    1/2 cup Lemon juice
    1/4 cup Triple sec
    1 cup Beer -- flat
    1/2 cup Tequila
    1/4 teaspoon Coriander -- ground
    1/4 teaspoon Cumin
    4 Ahi tuna fillets (8 oz each)

    Recipe

    Combine avocados, tomato, onion, yellow bell pepper, jalapeno, 1/2 cup cilantro and 7-Up. Set aside. Combine lime juice, lemon juice, triple sec, beer, tequila, coriander, cumin and remaining cilantro. Add fish and marinate 30 minutes. Remove fish from marinade and pat dry. Grill or broil and be careful not to overcook. Serve with reserved salsa, either on top of fish or on the side. Serves 4.
