    3/4 ts Black pepper
    3/4 ts Sugar
    1/2 c Vinegar
    1 ts Tarragon
    3/4 ts Salt
    1 c Parsley
    1 c Scallions
    1 c Celery
    4 Cloves of garlic (4-10)

    Recipe
