    Dr. Weil's Dill Poached Fish Fillets

    3/4 pound very thin fish fillets (cod or sole)
    1/2 cup fresh dill weed, chopped
    1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
    3 tablespoons water

    Recipe



    Rinse fillets under cold running water and pat dry. Season fillets with salt and pepper, and sprinkle dill over them Roll up fillets and place in glass pie plate with lemon juice and water. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Turn the fillets and microwave for 1 minute more. Serve warm or with tartar sauce. Serves 2.
