    Prawns: Prawns with Rosemary & Cracked Black Pepper

    List of Ingredients

    12 jumbo prawns, peeled and deveined
    2 tablespoons black pepper finely ground
    2 teaspoons fresh rosemary
    2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
    1 cup beer
    2 teaspoons Cajun spice
    5 tablespoons butter
    2 teaspoons minced garlic
    1 tablespoon chopped parsley

    Recipe

    Lay prawns on plate; generously grind pepper on both sides. Combine rosemary, Worcestershire, beer and Cajun spice; reserve. Melt half of butter in large skillet over medium heat; add prawns. Cook for 2 minutes - prawns will curl and begin to turn opaque. Flip prawns and add both ber mixture and garlic. Continue cooking for another 2 minutes. Remove prawns to plates, then return sauce to the heat, and reduce for 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat, swirl in remaining butter, and pour over prawns.
