    Shrimp: Shrimp St. Jacques

    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 lb Shrimp -- peeled and Deveined
    1/4 c Butter
    1/2 lb Mushrooms -- sliced
    1 1/2 c Sour cream
    1 tb Chives -- chopped
    1/2 tb Fresh parsley -- chopped
    1/2 ts Paprika
    Salt
    Black pepper
    1/4 c Parmesan cheese -- grated

    Recipe



    Saute shrimp in butter for 3 minutes, add the mushrooms and saute until tender. Blend in sour cream, parsley, and chives. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika to taste. Cook 5 minutes, stirring continuously. Spoon into 4 scallop shells, sprinkle tops with Parmesan cheese and broil for 3-5 minutes, until tops are golden. Serves 4.
