    Salmon: Steamed Pacific Salmon

    List of Ingredients

    1 piece (2 lb) salmon or halibut (can use steaks)
    2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
    1 teaspoon dried rosemary
    1 teaspoon fresh parsley
    3 tablespoons butter
    1 large lemon, juiced

    Recipe

    Place fish on large double sheet of heavy foil. Sprinkle with herbs, then add butter, dotted evenly over fish. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Seal foil tightly to retain juices. Bake at 375ºF for 25-30 minutes. Fish is done when flakes easily with fork. Garnish with additional fresh herbs, if desired. Serves 4-6.
