    Artichoke: Angel Hair & Artichoke with Gorgonzola Butter

    List of Ingredients

    16 ounces angel hair pasta
    1/2 cup butter
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    14 ounces artichokes, drained, quartered
    14 ounces chicken broth
    8 ounces gorgonzola blue cheese, crumbled

    Recipe

    Cook angel hair according to package directions and drain. Meanwhile, melt butter in large nonstick skillet over low heat. Add garlic, artichokes, broth and cheese; cook about 5 minutes or until hot and bubbly, stirring frequently. Combine hot drained pasta with artichoke mixture and toss to coat. Serves 6-8.
