    Cheese Sauce: Fettuccine with Herbed Ricotta Sauce

    List of Ingredients

    1 pound fettuccine, cooked
    4 sliced green onions
    2 teaspoons dried tarragon
    1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
    3/4 teaspoon grated lemon rind
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    1 cup ricotta cheese
    1/2 cup sour cream

    Recipe

    Combine all the ingredients for the food processor and puree until smooth. In a large serving bowl combine: 1 tsp. Dijon mustard and 1/2 cup chicken broth. Add ricotta mixture and whisk together until smooth. When pasta is done, drain thoroughly and add to serving bowl; toss to coat. Serve immediately. If desired, pass grated parmesan cheese to garnish. Serves 4.
