    Seafood: Lemon Shrimp Rotini

    List of Ingredients

    8 ounces corkscrew pasta
    1/2 cup lemon juice
    1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
    1 tablespoon brown sugar, packed
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
    1 1/2 cups sliced green onions
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 tablespoon flour
    1 pound large shrimp, peeled, deveined

    Recipe

    Cook pasta according to directions on box. Meanwhile, in large bowl, combine remaining ingredients except shrimp and flour. Mix well and add shrimp to bowl. Toss to coat all shrimp. Add to hot skillet and cook over medium low heat until shrimp is pink. Remove shrimp and blend in flour with a whisk. Put shrimp back in skilet. Drain pasta and toss with shrimp. Serve immediately. Serves 4
