    List of Ingredients




    two water glasses of pinto beans
    1 lb smoked pork ribs
    1 lb smoked sausages
    two small or one large onion
    two small pieces of garlic
    1 tsp red paprika
    salt or vegeta and pepper
    2 tsp vegetable oil
    2 tsp. flour

    Recipe



    1. Clean the pinto beans, wash and leave for about two hours to sit in the warm water. Drain the water and add fresh cold water (10 glasses) and put on fire.

    2. When it starts boiling, drain the water again immediately and add fresh water. (This helps prevent- shhhhh-gas.)

    3. Wash your smoked ribs and sausages briefly under running water and add to the beans. Cook for about 45 min or until the beans and meat is very tender and soft.

    4. You may need to add water as it evaporates. During this time peel and finely chop onion and garlic.

    5. When your beans and meat are done, heat the oil in a frying pan and add onion mixed with garlic.

    6. Fry for about 2 minutes, add flour, stir briskly and remove from heat.

    7. Add this to your beans as they are still cooking and stir briskly as you are adding the mixture.

    8. Add paprika, salt and pepper last. Cook for about 5 more minutes and serve. Can add pasta in last 10 min of cooking
