    Chicken: Buffalo Ranch Chicken Soup

    List of Ingredients




    1 quart chicken stock
    1 cup hot sauce
    1 cup Ranch dressing
    1/4 cup butter
    1 lb Smart Chicken Tenders
    1 cup celery
    1/2 cup onion
    2 1/2 Tbsp flour
    salt and pepper - to taste

    Recipe



    Clip the tendons from the chicken and wash. Dice chicken into 1/2 inch pieces.

    In a stock pot saute chicken, onion, and celery in the butter. Saute for 5-7 minutes and stir in flour. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add the chicken stock and hot sauce. Simmer for 1-2 hours. Stir in Ranch dressing before serving.

    Servings: 8-10
