    4 cups cucumbers, peeled, seeded, diced
    3 cups chicken broth
    5 tablespoons butter, melted
    4 tablespoons flour
    3 cups half and half
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon white pepper
    1/4 teaspoon tarragon
    1/2 teaspoon dillweed
    2 cups chicken broth
    1/2 cup sour cream

    Recipe



    In a saucepan combine peeled, seeded, and diced cucumbers with chicken broth and cook over medium heat until tender. Puree in a food processor until smooth.

    In the saucepan melt butter and stir in flour. Add half and half, salt, white pepper, tarragon, and dillweed, mix well.

    Add the pureed cucumber and chicken broth. Cook for 3 minutes, or until heated through. Stir in sour cream just before serving. Serves 4.
