    Beef: Frontier Chowder

    List of Ingredients

    1 pound ground beef
    1 medium bell pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    10 3/4 ounces condensed tomato soup -- undiluted
    11 1/4 ounces condensed bean with bacon soup -- undiluted
    17 ounces whole kernel corn, drained
    1 cup water

    Recipe

    In a large saucepan, cook ground beef with bell pepper and onion until the beef is browned and the vegetables are tender; drain. Stir in soup, corn and water. Cover and simmer 30 minutes to blend flavors. Yield: 6 servings (2 quarts).
