    Seafood Chowder: Manhattan Clam Chowder

    List of Ingredients

    1 cup diced raw potato
    1/2 cup shredded carrots
    1/2 cup diced onion
    2 teaspoons dried parsley
    1 3/4 cups water
    1 cup stewed tomatoes, undrained
    1 can minced clams, undrained

    Recipe

    In medium saucepan, combine potatoes, carrot, onion, parsley and water. Cook over medium heat til veggies tender, about 20 minutes. Add undrained tomatoes and undrained clams. Mix well to combine. Continue cooking til heated through, about 5 minutes. Serves 2.
