    List of Ingredients




    1 c Onion chopped
    1/4 c Celery sliced
    1 lb Potatoes peeled and cut -into 1/2" slices
    1 1/2 c Chicken Broth
    1 Apple finely diced
    1/4 c Fresh Dill chopped
    1 c Half-And-Half
    Salt
    Pepper

    Recipe



    In a large saucepan, combine onion, celery, potatoes and broth. Place on stove top over medium-high heat and cook 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Turn off heat, then use mixing spoon to stir in apple and let mixture stand, covered, 5 minutes. Place mixture in blender or food processor and puree until smooth. Return mixture to saucepan, stir in dill and half-and-half and season with salt and pepper. Cook over low heat about 5 minutes, then serve immediately. Serves 4
