    2 pounds chunk beef stew meat
    5 carrots
    2 cups tomato sauce
    4 tablespoons minute tapioca
    1 teaspoon sugar
    salt and pepper
    1/4 cup water to 1/2 cup water
    1 medium onion
    6 medium potatoes

    Tips: Just remember DO NOT PEEK while this is in the oven!! Slice carrots lengthwise....chop onion.....peel and quarter potatoes. Mix together the tomato sauce, water, Tapioca, and sugar. Place stew meat in bottom of dutch oven. Put carrots, onions, and potatoes on top of meat in dutch oven. Pour the sauce mixture over the meat and vegetables. Add salt and pepper to your own taste. Cover and place in oven for 5 hours. DO NOT PEEK WHILE COOKING! Do not open the oven until the 5 hours is up. Remove when done and serve.
