Skillet: Bratwurst and Potato Stirfry

List of Ingredients

2 teaspoons oil
2 bratwurst links -- fully cooked
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
2 medium potatoes -- cut in 1/4" slices
1 small onion -- cut 1/2 inch wedges


Recipe

Heat oil in medium skillet over medium high. Add potatoes, cover. Cook 5-7 minutes or until potatoes are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Add bratwurst and onion. Cook 6-8 minutes until bratwurst are hot and onion is crisp-tender. Add the rest of ingredients and stir to combine.
