well, I was looking for a cheddary beefy meal.. and this definitely worked.

List of Ingredients

2 pounds ground beef
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
crushed black pepper, salt
14 ounces chicken broth
3 tablespoons ketchup
1 1/2 cups hot water
1 cup sour cream
1 cup cubed Velveeta cheese
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons butter
1 8 ounce wide egg noodles, uncooked


Recipe

Season beef with Worcestershire, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Brown beef, then drain. Return beef to skillet, and add the chicken broth, ketchup, hot water, and egg noodles. Add additional seasonings to taste. Stir well and bring to a boil, being sure noodles are covered with liquid; if not, add more broth or water. Reduce heat to simmer, cover skillet, and cook for 10-15 minutes untl noodles are cooked through. Stir in cheeses, sour cream and butter. Mix well, and cook over low heat untl thickened. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. Can use lowfat or fat free cheeses and sour cream, as well as lean beef if desired.
