List of Ingredients

1 1/2 cups pancake mix
1 cup milk
1/2 cup cornmeal
8 weiners -- up to 10
2 tablespoons sugar
fat for deep frying


Recipe

Make batter of pancake mix, cornmeal, sugar, and milk. Insert a wooden skewer in one end of each weiner. Dip in batter. Fry until golden brown. Serve with prepared mustard or mayonnaise.
