    Stroganoff: Turkey Meatball Stroganoff

    List of Ingredients

    2 tablespoons liquid butter buds
    1 pound ground lean white turkey meat
    1/2 cup crushed seasoned cubed style stuffing
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/2 cup chopped onions
    2 cans rinsed and drained stems and mushroom
    3 tablespoons flour
    1 teaspoon minced garlic
    3 envelopes instant chicken broth and seasoning mix -- weight watcher brand
    1 1/2 cups water
    1 cup fat free sour cream
    4 cups hot cooked linguine
    2 tablespoons ketchup

    Recipe

    Combine turkey, seasoned cubes, and garlic powder. Form into balls. Spray large skillet with nonfat cooking spray. Brown turkey balls on all sides. Remove and drain on paper towels. In same skillet, cook onions til tender in 2 Tbl. liquid Butter Buds. Add minced garlic, mushrooms and flour. Stir in broth mix, ketchup and water; boil. Return turkey balls to skillet and heat, but do not boil. Simmer uncovered about 15-20 minutes. Stir in sour cream, but don't boil. Serve turkey balls and sauce over pasta. Serves 8.
