Mayonnaise: Lemon Caper Mayonnaise

List of Ingredients

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon peel, minced
1 1/2 teaspoons capers, chop and drain


Recipe

Mix all ingredients together in small bowl. (Can be prepared 5 days ahead. Chill.) Can also add a drop of Tabasco to this mixture. Some white pepper wouldn't hurt if it still needs flavor.
