    List of Ingredients




    1 ancho chile
    1 roasted red pepper
    2 cups mayonnaise
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 green onion, sliced
    1 Tbsp lemon juice
    1/2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp paprika
    Pinch of white pepper

    Recipe



    Steep the chile in hot water for about 30 minutes. Blend the chile and roasted red pepper in a Cuisinart until finely minced. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend.
