    3 Ê teaspoonsÊsalt
    1 Ê ounceÊfineÊwhite sugar
    3 Ê ouncesÊfresh horseradish, grated
    175 Ê mlÊcider vinegar

    Recipe



    1. Sift the flour, add all the other ingredients and mix for a few minutes.
    2. Cover, let it stand for half an hour, mix again and put in clean jars.
    3. It will be ready in one week, leave in a cool dark place.
