1 cup packed dry mustard
1 cup white vinegar
3 eggs
1 cup sugar


Recipe

Combine vinegar and mustard and let stand for 12 hours. Beat eggs and sugar, and combine with mustard mixture. Cook in a double boiler until thickened. Makes approximately 3 cups.
