Mayonnaise: Tofu Mayonnaise

List of Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds tofu
2 tablespoons tahini
1 teaspoon dill seed
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon turmeric (optional)
1/4 cup honey
1/3 cup oil
salt to taste
Recipe
Whiz all together in blender. Add milk if needed to desired consistency. Adjust seasoning to suit your taste. For spicy mayo, add 1/8 cup wasabi powder, 1 drop chili oil and a few drops of tamari to each 1/4 cup of mayonnaise.
