    Jelly: Lemon Honey Jelly

    The Vegetarian Lunchbasket cookbook

    List of Ingredients

    1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
    6 ounces liquid pectin
    5 cups honey
    1 1/2 cups water

    Recipe

    Boil honey and water. Add pectin and boil 2 minutes more. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice. Pour into 1/2 pint jars and seal.
