    Jam: Sugar Free Strawberry Jam

    List of Ingredients

    3 quarts strawberries, fresh or frozen
    3 ounces strawberry-flavored sugar-free gelatin
    6 to 10 packets sugar substitute

    Recipe

    Crush berries until a small amount of juice forms. Place in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil. Boil 2 minutes. Stir in gelatin until dissolved. Remove from heat add the sweetner and mix well. Adjust sweetner to taste. Pour into jars or plastic containers. Store in refrigerator up to 3 weeks. Yield: 2-3/4 cups
