    List of Ingredients




    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. whole-wheat flour
    1 c. dried currants
    1 c. light-brown sugar
    1 T. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda

    Recipe



    Measure all ingredients into a large ziploc bag, seal & shake well.

    To Use: 1 package Irish Soda Bread Mix, 1/4 c. butter or margarine, softened, 2 eggs, 1 1/2 c. buttermilk. Blend all ingredients in a large bowl until smooth, bake in 9" greased pan at 350¼F for 45-50 minutes.
