2 cups sugar
1 cup cocoa (not Dutch process)
1 cup flour
1 cup pecans
1 cup chocolate chips


Recipe

Mix all together and store in airtight container. Package layered in small glass canister with instructions tied to a ribbon twisted around top.

Double Fudge Brownies (makes 24): 1 cup butter, softened, 4 eggs, 1 package double fudge brownie mix. Preheat oven to 325ºF. Grease a 13x9 inch pan. In the large bowl of an electric mixer, cream the butter. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add the double fudge brownie mix and continue beating with mixer until mixture is smooth. Spread into greased pan and bake for 40-50 minutes.
