    1-1/2 cups sour cream
    1/4 cup mayonnaise
    1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    1 tablespoon white vinegar
    1-4 ounce package crumbled blue cheese
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon black pepper

    Recipe



    In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend to desired consistency. Cover and chill
    before serving. Makes 2 cups.
