    4 teaspoons dijon mustard
    4 teaspoons tahini (sesame paste)
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    3 tablespoons soy sauce
    4 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
    1 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil
    8 tablespoons red wine vinegar
    4 tablespoons olive oil
    4 cloves crushed garlic

    Recipe



    In a bowl, form a smooth paste with the mustard, tahini and black pepper. Add other ingredients and stir until mixture is smooth. Pour into jar and refrigerate. Will keep for up to 1 week refrigerated. Makes 1 cup.
