    2 packages raspberry jello
    2 cups boiling water
    1 cup crushed pineapple, packed in juice -- juice reserved
    2 teaspoons lemon juice
    3 cups fresh blueberries
    1 cup chopped celery

    Recipe



    In large bowl, combine dry gelatin and the 2 c. boiling water. Mix well to dissolve jello. Add enough water to reserved pineapple juice to make 1 c. liquid; add lemon juice to liquid. Blend liquid into jello mix. Cool slightly. Stir in blueberries, pineapple and celery. Pour into 8x8 inch dish. Refrigerate until set. When serving, cut into 8 squares. Hint: frozen blueberries, thawed and drained, can be used in place of fresh.
