    Dave's Favorite Jello Mold

    List of Ingredients





    3 Ounces gelatin -- any flavor
    2 Tablespoons Sugar
    1/8 Teaspoon Salt
    1 Cup water -- boiling
    1 Can Peach Slices In Syrup
    2 Teaspoons lemon juice -- (or lime juice)
    3 Ounces cream cheese -- softened OR
    1/2 Cup Sour Cream

    Recipe



    Dissolve jello, sugar, and salt in boiling water. Drain peaches, and add water to juice to make 1 cup of liquid. Add liquid to jello. Reserve 1/2 cup jello for topping. Blend cheese (or sour cream) with 1/2 cup of the jello until smooth. Pour into mold. Mix rest of jello with peaches, pour into mold (an 8 x 8 x 2, or 2 quart mold). Chill until firm. NOTE: reduce liquid slightly if using sour cream. Can also blend the topping in with the rest of the jello.
