    Fruit Topped Almond Cream

    List of Ingredients




    2 1/2 cups cold milk
    3 1/2 ounces instant French vanilla pudding mix
    1 cup whipping cream
    1/2 to 3/4 tsp almond extract
    3 cups assorted fruit (berries, grapes, orange)

    Recipe



    In a large mixing bowl, combine milk and pudding mix. Beat on low speed to 2 minutes; set aside. In a small mixing bowl, beat cream and extract until stiff peaks form. Fold into the pudding. Spoon into shallow 2 quart serving dish. Chill. Top with fruit just before serving. Serves 8.
