    1 package instant pistachio pudding mix
    2/3 cup nonfat dry milk
    3/4 cup water
    1 cup pineapple tidbits, undrained
    1/3 cup cool whip Lite
    2 cups diced unpeeled red delicious apples
    1/2 cup mini marshmallows
    2 tablespoons chopped pecans

    Recipe



    In large bowl, combine dry pudding and dry milk Add water and undrained pineapple. Mix well using wire whisk. Blend in cool whip then add apple, marshmallow and pecan. Mix well to combine. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Serves 6.
