    8 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1/3 cup all-purpose flour, divided
    1 (8 ounce) package Cheddar cheese, sliced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 teaspoon paprika
    1 cup milk 

    Recipe



    1 Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C).

    2 In a 2 quart casserole dish layer 1/3 of the potatoes, then 1/3 of the flour and 1/3 of the cheese. Repeat layering 2 more times, ending with cheese. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Pour milk over top; use more or less, to reach 2/3 of height of casserole dish.

    3 Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.Makes 6 servings
