    Casserole: Ranch Potato Casserole

    List of Ingredients




    8 med red potatoes
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1/2 cup bottled ranch dressing
    1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
    2 tbs minced parsley
    1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup cheese shredded
    1/4 cup melted butter
    2 cups lightly crushed cornflakes

    Recipe



    Cook potatoes until tender.quarter leaving skin on and set aside. Combine sour cream, dressing, bacon, parsley and 1 cup cheese. Place potatoes in a pammed 9x13" pan. Pour sour cream mixture over and lightly toss. Top with 1/2 cup cheese. Combine cornflakes and butter then sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350o 40-45 min.
