Candied: Honey Sweet Potatoes

2/3 cup honey
1/2 cup butter
1 teaspoon salt
8 sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced


Recipe

In a well-greased baking dish, spoon the combined honey, butter, and salt between layers of sliced sweet potato. Bake in a 350ºF oven for 30 minutes, basting frequently. Serves 6.
