    Parmesan Potato Sticks*

    List of Ingredients




    2 pounds russet potatoes
    1/2 cup butter, melted
    1/2 cup fine dry breadcrumbs
    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/8 teaspoon pepper

    Recipe



    Scrub and peel potatoes; cut lengthwise into quarters. Cut each quartre into 3 strips. Roll in melted butter, then roll in combined remaining ingredients. Place potato sticks in a single layer on a cookie sheet. Drizzle melted butter over potatoes. Bake at 400¼F for 30-35 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Serves 6.
