    3 large sweet potatoes, peeled, cut 1" cubes
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    2 tablespoons brown sugar
    1 teaspoon chili powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon cayenne peper

    Recipe



    In a large resealable plastic bag, toss sweet potatoes and oil. Add remaining ingredients; toss to coat. Transfer to a greased 11x 7x 2-inch baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 400ºF for 40-45 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring every 15 minutes. Yield: 8 servings.
