Casserole: Sweet Potato Casserole

List of Ingredients

3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
2 eggs
1/4 cup butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup sugar

***TOPPING***
1/2 stick butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup chopped nuts


Recipe

Mix all ingredients and pack in baking dish. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over mixture. Bake at 350ºF for 45 minutes.
