    3 cups hot cooked rice
    1/2 cup fresh grated parmesan
    2 tablespoons butter

    Recipe



    Start with hot cooked rice. Stir in parmesan and butter. OR, can stir in 1 c. spinach, cooked along with 2 tsp. lemon juice. OR, can stir in 1 tbl. butter, 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning, and 2 celery stalks, diced small. OR, can stir in 1 tsp. curry powder and 1/2 c. chopped toasted almonds. OR can stir in 1/4 c. fresh chopped dill and 2 tsp. fresh grated lemon peel. OR, can stir in 1 c. cooked peas along with 4 slices of cooked and crumbled bacon. OR can stir in 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce and 1/2 of a red pepper, seeded and chopped. Serves 4.
