    Breakfast: Blueberry Dew Pancakes

    List of Ingredients

    1 cup diet mountain dew
    1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
    1 cup + 2 tbl. fresh or frozen blueberries
    1 1/2 cups Bisquick¨ baking mix

    Recipe

    In medium bowl, combine diet mountain dew and yogurt. Stir in blueberries, add baking mix and mix gently to combine. Pour batter by 1/4 cup-fulls on large hot skillet. When little bubbles form on top, and underside is beginning to brown, flip with spatula. Brown on both sides.
