Buny's Saucy Bananas

List of Ingredients
1-2 bananas, cut into bite size pieces
a few tbl. butter
drizzle of honey
few tbl. of brown sugar
tbl. shredded coconutRecipe
Heat butter in skillet over medium heat. Toss in the cut up bananas, and drizzle them with desired amount of honey and brown sugar. Stir to coat, then sprinkle in coconut. Continue to heat and stir until bananas are heated through and sauce gets thicker and begins to bubble a bit.
Good served alone, or stirred into yogurt, topping for ice cream or pancakes, or even for sliced up pound cake. You could also stir in some rum or some chopped pecans or walnuts if desired.
