Breakfast: Cake Mix Sour Cream Coffee Cake

List of Ingredients

1 box white cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups sour cream

TOPPING:
1 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon


Recipe

Preheat oven to 350¼F. Mix the cake mix, eggs, oil, pudding and sour cream together on medium speed for 3 minutes. Pour half of this mixture into a greased and floured bundt pan. Combine the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle half of this mixture over batter. Pour remaining cake batter and top with sugar. Bake for 45 minutes, or longer.
