Breakfast: Crumbcakes (coffee cake)

1 good quality yellow cake mix
1/4 pound butter, softened (this is 1/2 cup, or 1 stick of butter)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup flour


Recipe

Mix cake as directed on package, using 9x13 pan. While baking, cream together butter, cinnamon, sugar and flour. When cake has baked for 20-25 minutes, and top is firm but not yet golden, remove cake and quickly sprinkle topping all over cake. Return to oven to continue regular baking time. When cake is done, sprinkle with lots of superfine sugar.
