    Dessert: Layered Peppermint Chill

    List of Ingredients

    12 large Marshmallows
    1/2 cup Chopped nuts
    1/2 cup Crushed peppermint canes
    2 cups Heavy cream whipped (see below)
    1 cup Graham cracker crumbs

    Recipe

    Cut each marshmallow into 6 or 8 pieces. Fold nuts, crushed candy canes and marshmallows into the whipped cream. Butter an 8-inch square pan. Line bottom and sides with half the graham cracker crumbs. Spoon cream mixture into pan then sprinkle the remaining crumbs on top. Chill for 24 hours. Serves 9.

    Buny's Note: would be ok to simply use a can of whipping cream rather than fresh whipping cream you have to whip yourself. Maybe even thawed cool whip.
