    Main Dish: Stir Fried Veggies & Rice

    Minute rice for quick cooking.
    Bag of frozen stir fry or fresh stir veggies,
    tamari or soy sauce

    Recipe

    Cook 2-4 servings of minute rice according to directions. Put about 1/2 inch of water in covered casserole dish. Add veggies. Cook until tender and and warm. Try about 2-4 minutes for fresh and 4-6 for frozen mixture. Drain and add sauce to taste. Easy since these sauces are full of sodium. Serve over rice.
