Lemon: Mom's Lemon Squares *

List of Ingredients

CRUST:
2 cups flour
1 cup butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar

FILLING:
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/4 cup lemon juice



Recipe

Mix crust ingredients in food processor. Press into a 13x9 pan and bake at 350ºF for 15-20 minutes til browned. Combine filling ingredients, process well in food processor 4-5 minutes. Pour over baked crust. Bake an additional 20-25 minutes at 350ºF. When cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
