Peanut Butter: Peanut Butter Scotch Bars

List of Ingredients

1 c Crunchy peanut butter
3/4 c Margarine
1 t Vanilla
1 c Domino liquid brown sugar
3 Eggs
1 c Flour
1/2 c Rolled oats
1/2 t Salt
6 oz Butterscotch morsels


Recipe

Combine peanut butter, margarine, vanilla and liquid brown sugar. Mix until smooth. Beat in eggs. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix well. Spoon batter into a greased 9x13 inch baking pan. Spread smooth. Bake at 350ºF for 35 minutes or until done. Cut into squares.
